MUKAABAT provides an online marketplace platform that allows third-party vendors ("Sellers") to list and sell their products.

MUKAABAT is not the direct manufacturer or primary seller of the products, but manages the platform infrastructure, payment processing, and customer support.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the product at the listed price, including any applicable delivery fees or taxes.

MUKAABAT reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the Seller's location and local logistics across Iraq.

Risk of loss and damage for items purchased passes to the carrier when the shipment leaves the warehouse of the supplier.

MUKAABAT gives an estimated time of shipment delivery between 24–72 hours from the date of confirming the order.

MUKAABAT has a no-return policy after the customer has received and signed the delivery receipt. Since the shipping company is independent of MUKAABAT, you should inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt.

MUKAABAT urges you to carefully inspect the shipment during delivery and when signing the receipt between you and the shipping company representative. You have the right to refuse to accept the package if it does not match your order or if it is damaged as a result of transit. Otherwise, you will be solely responsible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

MUKAABAT reserves the right to suspend or terminate buyer accounts that engage in abusive behavior toward customer support, misuse the return policy, or violate local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

Any legal disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be referred to the competent courts of Iraq.
